Hi ,
We are integrating SAP system with third party vendor using SFTP adapter with two level authentication.
We have maintained the fingerprint in the communication channel but we are getting
"Message processing failed. Cause: javax.resource.ResourceException: com.jcraft.jsch.JSchException: Fingerprint invalid"
Kindly provide the inputs to fix this issue.
Regards,
Mahesh
Hi All,
The issue has been resolved by maintaining file name in the communication channel instead of *.
Thanks .

Mahesh

Hi,
Please check if the path that communication channel is trying to access is correct. Try copy pasting the path and access it in WinScp. Most of the time the error is generic. So you will not be able to identify the exact issue.
If that is working fine please provide a screenshot of the error.
If all the above is correct. Try dummy activating the channel followed by a channel restart in RWB. Message was edited by: Akshat Saluja
Hello Mahesh,
Please mention correct ServerFingerPrint in the communication channel. You can find the ServerFingerPrint in following ways:
1. User WinSCP client to log on to SFTP server. Once logged on click on the lock shaped icon in its status bar
Copy the server finger print shown in the dialog box:
2. I would also suggest to temporarily change the Authentication mode to Private Key instead of Dual Authentication (just to get correct fingerprint)
and trigger the message using whatever fingerprint you've right now in the comm. channel. Then go to the Adapter Engine monitoring and check the message. It will show error. However, it will also show correct serverfingerprint

As suggested we have maintained the fingerprint which was appearing in the communication channel.
Now we are getting the below error:
Message processing failed. Cause: javax.resource.ResourceException: 4: Putting /*20150818-162426-872 failed.
Kindly provide the inputs to fix this issue.
