Hi,
How do you adjust a quntity in a count if the document is already posted in to /SCWM/DIFF_ANALYZER - Difference Analyzer?
Can i adjust the value in the /SCWM/DIFF_ANALYZER - Difference Analyzer before posting to ERP?
Hi,
you need to do another count.
Once posted in diff_analyzer, you cannot change it.

Hi,
First you need to create PI document using tcode /scwm/pi_create, there you need to mention the storage bin, in form view, save it, and check in the material in tcode /SCWM/LS03, process your document in /scwm/pi_process tcode. there you can find the WO, you conform through RF, after you count and post. in differece analyzer you can post and save it, it will updated in ECC.
Thanks

Hi,
This can be done via the 'Correct' function in the Difference Analyzer. Corrections will create a new physical inventory document automatically. Please see below document for more details:
Difference Analysis - SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) - SAP Library
However, this function needs to be activated at a warehouse number level via the following IMG path:
Extended Warehouse Management -> Internal Warehouse Processes -> Physical Inventory -> Warehouse-Number-Specific Settings -> Specify Physical-Inventory-Specific Settings in the Warehouse
If this is not activated, correction is not possible.

Hi,
please also check the new note "2180583 - Possibility to change stock type in in the Difference Analyzer" which we have released recently.
This note provides you options to post the stock in the difference analzer to another stock type before clearing it. As long the differences are not posted to ERP the ERP system still assumes the stock is available. With the new function you can post the stock to another stock type (ERP stock type or ERP storage location), so ERP will not consider this "blocked stock" as availble for sale.
Regards
Jörg
