SRM Workflow

Hi Gurus,

Is there any chance of knowing whether the user created and assigned to organization structure is involved in workflow or not..

If yes how can I know that particular person is there and participating in workflow as approver.

Basically when you enter some information on the shopping cart and hit enter, you will have the approvers list on the approval process overview tab, but without this, by visiting organization structure and opening that user can we know whether the person is involved in workflow.

Thank In advance

Hello,

Do you mean if they are listed as a possible Approver or if they actually did the approving?

And do you mean for a particular workflow instance or all (SRM) workflows in general?

Hi,

Approver determination based on your logic. Still generic way is:

1. Find out all positions from PPOMA which has tagging M or B-012 relation ship. From HRP1001 tables

Remove those positions from above list which shopping cart creator positions are not linked

2. Add the purchaser list if maitained separately.

Hello,

I would first look in a workflow log to see if there is a container element that holds all of the approvers.

If so, you could read those programmatically.

But maybe there's an easier way by looking at how agents are assigned, as suggested above.
