CLM-SRM Integration Error

Dear All,

We have integration between CLM and SRM. We are seeing a strange error when we we try to to re-publish the contract to SRM, the error reads,

"No confirmation of the most recent attempt to publish to SRM received; republish contract".

It is also observed that the filed 'Sent' in the integration tab is blank and is not updated when the contract is first published. We verified the contract in SRM and it is created properly.

Our data in CLM and SRM is in sync from ECC system.

Has anyone faced such issues?

Hi Arahanth,

    Please look at the response messages coming back from SRM(you can check in the PI system)

Is this occuring for all contracts published to SRM or a select few ?

You may also want to check the sourcing log to see if there are any scripts or other reasons why the checkbox is not getting updated...

Hi Prasad,

We recently did an upgrade from CLM 9, SP16 to CLM 10SP06. Post upgrade this is seen. Old contracts are getting updated with out any issues.

As suggested, we will analyze PI and sourcing logs.

please check the versions of other systems as well, if they are in different versions  you will find the notes in the sap market place to implement
