Picking transfer order Split for as per Delivery Qty

Dear All,

Business has a requirement where Transfer order has to be split as per Qty wise.

For Example:

Delivery Qty is 100 EA and these 100 cant be pick at a time. So, these picking transfer order should get split into 10-10 qty transfer order.

Means 10 Transfer order with 10 qty should get created.

Material has fixed location and storage type is also one.

How can we achieve this.?

by maintaining a case quantity (rounding quantity) in you WM2 view material master data and adding appropriate settings you can have your transfer order of 100 split into 10 lines of 10 in your transfer order, you can also use full pallet quantity (LE quantity) to define full SU removals, this allows us to to confirm case picking and pallet picking efficiently. If the requirement must be to create a separate transfer order for each case pick or pallet pick from the same location then you will need to go through customization (user exit).

Hi,

It is not fixed. Based on material size and weight it is decided.

Rounding Qty works when we are picking some qty in pallets and some in loose.

how do you decide it should be in multiple of 10 is this somewhere defined in the system
