No SID Found for value ZMIN of characteristic osprttype

Hi Experts,

I am trying to configure ITSM BW reports for Incident Mnagement(ZMIN).

As per standard ITSM BW document, i performed SOLMAN_SETUP steps

Now basis confiduration,system preparation and ITSM are showing green status.

but while accessing ITSM BW reports in transaction SM_CRM, its giving below error

NO SID Found for value ZMIN of Characteristic OSPRTTYPE

Invalid filter on OSPRTTYPE

could someone please help me in this..

Hello Rahul,

Goto BW client and run transaction RSD1 as follows:

Display infoobject -> Click on button BI Content -> Copy Infoobjects -> Subsequently Activate.

2162319 - Error 'No SID found for value ... of characteristic 0FISCYEAR'

1880241 - Text of transaction type is missing in ITSM BW Reporting

Hi Rahul,

Hope you have already completed all the required steps in solman_setup inclusing CCMS BI Setup job. Open Solman_Workcenter and setup BW reporting as shown in below screenshot.

Solman_workcenter > Sap Solution Manager Admin > Infrastructure > BW Reporting
