Order Cancellation

Dear Experts,

Kindly see the below issue raised in Real Estate Sales, during the cancellation of Sales Order by Z development, just an enhancement of HBCX.

during the cancellation of Sales Order by "Z" transaction which is the just enhancement of HBCX, finding the error message

Message Class         Mes. Type     Message No.      Message Text

HBSMSG          E          24          Sales Status could not be cancelled.

Any one have solution or reason why we are not able to cancel or declining by the message.
