0CRM_SALES_CONTR_I sub items are not coming into DELTA

Hi Experts,

we are using 0CRM_SALES_CONTR_I Data souce in our project.

the issuse is while we running full load from RSA3 in crm system we are getting all items and subitems data  related to service contract number,

But if we are running in Delta,  subitems data related to main items is not coming in delta.

we have checked in RSA7 in CRM Systems, main items data are coming fine in RSA7 but subitems data related to main items is not coming into RSA7 Also.

we need to get sub items data also in RSA7, please help on this, how to get sub items data also in RSA7?.

Please see the below screen shots for your reference.

in the below screen shot Sub items 110,210,310,410  records are coming fine

So for same Contract number (5000187023) ID DELTA is not fetching Sub-items (110,210,310,410 etc) records.

Hi Experts,

Thanks for your effort.

The  Issue is solved by maintaining the Business object type BUS2000148 in BWA1 Tcode.

After mainting the Business object type BUS2000148, Sub items data also coming fine into RSA7.

Now sub items data are coming fine RSA7( Delta Queue).

Hi,

Your delta or init info pack had any selections on Item Category?

Can you cross check with source team, How they are entering items(110,210,310 and 410) into SAP.

Even in functional wise check about those items whether delivered or dispatched. its something related to functional way.

Find those item status and compare with other items status. You may find the difference.

Actually all the sub items related to main items are not coming to Delta.

sub items are not coming into RSA7 ( Delta Queue) in CRM System.

if i run same service contract number through RSA3 in CRM Systems, main items and sub items related to main items are getting fine in RSA3 ( Full Load).

Here  the issue is Sub Items are not capturing in Delta Queue (RSA7). this issue is not only particular sub items, this issue is common for all sub items related to all service contract numbers.

Note: the Issue is not in BW systems, we are not getting sub items data in RSA7 in CRM.

Please suggest how to get subitems data to delta queue (RSA7) in CRM System.

In CRM standard content data sources I have seen issues where all fields are not coming.

Perhaps you need to create generic extractor using FM CRM_ORDER_READ.
