Distributable cmount in CJ40 and CJ42

Hi all,

Is there any another method to remove Distributable amount from CJ40 and CJ42. In my project, years are shown last 3 and next 5 years. There is some amount in distributable which can not be seen in present years. It is coming from previous years. I am unable to remove by doing total up

Please guide

Hi,

Actually distributable budget = current budget-assigned budget. I do not think you could remove that unless and until it is utilized first. OR another approach would be to delete from function module SE16N_Interface but from you need to know the impact of deleting the values from all the table.

I would rather suggest to do the budgeting from starting or wait for other experts to comment on this.

Meanwhile you could also execute CJBW->CJEN->CJBV in sequence and check the result.

Thanks Amit. What I am looking to know if there is any alternate process for removal of amount in distributable column in Cost Planning (CJ40) and Revenue Planning (CJ42) when it is not removed by doing total up

I don't think you can do that by doing total up also.
