Hello,
I've configured the "managed system" to integrate the SAP EWA into the Alert Inbox. It works well and generate alerts in the inbox. However is it possible to configure the incident and/or email notification for these alerts? It seems that the EWA templates doesn't work like the SAP templates which I can create custom templates and customize. Does anyone has the similar experience?

Hi Roland, thanks for the SAP Note about the alert email format. I was actually looking for the way how I can customize the SAP EWA template where I can change the settings like priority of the alerts, when, who and how the alerts should be sent out. Normally we can do such by copy the SAP templates to custom templates then make the changes, but I can't find the same option for the EWA templates.
