Include Master Agreement ID on "Link Child" query

Hi experts,

Our customer is requesting the following:

They would like to have Master Agreement ID as a new filter parameter on the query used to link a child MA (on Hierarchy tab):

We have tried by creating a copy of the standard query definition. However, although it is possible to include a new parameter, query is not taken into account.

We have seen that query definition is created with query executor class: com.sap.eso.contracts.query.ContractHierarchyChildPicker

Could it be the reason because this new parameter is not taken into account?

If so, is there any way to do it?

Thanks in advance and best regards,

Isaac

Hello Isaac,

Just go to below query group and duplicate the query in it and add the required parameter and add in the same query group.

And do the below settings for certain parameters like removing the standard query from selection and default query as customized query(newly created)

Hello Raj,

Thanks a lot for your answer and for taking time to do it.

What you described are the steps I was followed before creating this post. The problem is that duplicating the standard query is not working because it is using a query executor class and it doesn't allow the creation of new parameters.

However, I've now solved this issues. To do it, it is not needed to create a duplication of the standard query. It is valid just to create a query definition from the scratch without any query executor class.

Best regards,

Isaac
