UAR Provisioning is not happening for remove action in GRC 10.1 SP8

Hi Folks,

We are facing an issue in UAR, User is not getting provisioned after reviewer set action as remove role from the user and submit. The request is submitted/approved and its removed from reviewer's inbox. But its not getting removed from the user in corresponding system, When i see the audit/provisioning logs its showing provisioning log is not available and request is close.

Does any one came across this issue in GRC 10.1 SP8? Please suggest if we can apply any notes or any workaround.

Hi Alessandro,

We are on SP15 and V1200. We launched UAR for CUA system and the role removal is not happening for CUA system only. I checked the note 2098610 and its not compatible for our current SP level. Can you advise?
