Displaying of Changes for Material by User

Hello,

is there any transaction, where I can get report of changes made to Material (MM) with date of change and by who was change done?

I tried MM03, but there you have to put single ID of material.

I dont have access to any mass transaction or transactions like SE...

Can you please help me.

thank you for your answer.

T code MM04 is great, but you can check just single material by material.

I would need some t-code where you can as well Sales organization, Distr. channel, date of change, but for all existing material in SAP.

In MM04 u have to put single material.
