I have already gone through that Note and We have already executed that step 1 in Su25.

is there any other reasons.

Please run AUTH sync, you wont get this error.

As you said I ran the Auth sync for the respective system, but no luck.

hi,

as the note clearly says, you need to fill up customer tables. For Upgrade, please ask BASIS team, which SP for any component(ABAP/BASIS/...) has recently been upgraded to, on any plug-in.

then for that systen, you need to run SU25, and then do Auth. sync

Hi Beere,

Have you done any system upgrade? please run role sync job either import all roles from plugin system to GRC system.

Please check the RFC connection, this issue is only for this client or all of the plugin systems.

No, we have not done any upgrade.

We are in implementation of GRC 10.1 in  dev system.

As of now I am checking only for one system, also I have checked all  the RFC connections.

is there any other reasons for the same ??

I'm experiencing the same issue at a client. However, we've performed the activation of step 1 in GRC Dev but it hasn't resolved the issue. Do we need to apply the note in SU25 in the ECC system too?

No need to apply the note, it is manual correction
Please check note: 1757584, this note Must be implemented in back-end system.

Thank you for your reply. I meant manual correction and not to apply the note

I've looked that note 1757584 and we did not need to apply it as the ERP is on the following version:


GRCPINW | V1100_700 | 0007 | SAPK-11307INGRCPINW | SAP GRC NetWeaver Plug-In

GRC is on version 10.1 SP7. We've entered the manual correction of note 2092251 on GRC, do we need to make this manual correction on the plug-in system as well?

This issue is still sitting with the client. Because i have not been given access to perform any activities on their back-end system, i am still waiting for a response from them on whether or not they have successfully executed SU25 in the back-end.

From all the investigations that i have done, i think that executing this on the back-end is the only solution. As soon as i have feedback from the client, i will add my comment here.
