problem in creation of control cycle for WM.

When I am trying to create control cycle for WM I am getting message that control cyle is already exist.

Control cycle CXBY68989 0301 LTK213 already exists

Message No. PK009

so when I am trying to display control cycle with LPK3 I am getting message that

The PP control cycle cannot be changed in this transaction

Message No. PK492

Why I am getting this error when I want to maintain control cycle. for WM ?

Basically both messages tell you that you have a control cycle with the given name.

check yourself in table PKHD

And the second message is telling you that you are using the wrong transaction for this control cycle.

There are different control cycle types, KANBAN, WM, PP, EWM

And you cannot use a WM transaction LPK3 to maintain a PP control cycle, which is not at all related to WM

I have checked PKHD table & current control cycly is classical kanban. Why I am not able to create WM control cycle for the same material , plant & production supply area.
