SPM Statistics Report

Hi All,

We have a requirement in Spend Performance Management where we need following statistics:

1. Which users are accessing the SPM Reports from the SPM Portal/ UI ?

2. Which Reports are accessed by the users ?

3. How often the Reports are being accessed (No of hits on the Reports for past 12 months) ?

Any suggestions/links/method to extract such report would be helpful.

Thanks a lot for your quick responses.

We have recently moved to BW on HANA and also upgraded the SPM System to SPM3 SP4 7.2 . But I'm unable to find the Query 0ASA_VP04_Q0001 in our BI Content.

Please advise.

Hi Rakesh,

Verify that you have the correct set of components for the SP you have installed.(I suggest you go with SP5) Then, I would suggest you reinstall the content in the case that 0ASA_VP04_Q0001 is missing.

user statistics are available from SPM3 SP03 onward.

You will need to activate query 0ASA_VP04_Q0001

We have this information in SAP Note 1591568 - Are there frontend statistics provided by the Spend Performance Management application? I have updated the search engine with additional keywords to ensure that this doc is easier to find.
