/BDL/TASK_SCHEDULER On hold for long time in our ERP systems

Hi All,

I can see the below background job is on hold for long time in all our DEV, QAS and PRD systems.

  I tried to analyze this background job but i am not able to find where exactly the RFC is not working.

The problem is i am very new to SAP and i haven't configured the solman and my senior colleague has done the configuration. Request your suggestion on how to correct this. Any help would be useful.

Hi Rishav,

Thanks for your concern. Sorry but i could not check the SDCCN settings since i have not configured solution manager. However when i checked the RFC connections both RFC from the solution manager and the managed systems are working fine.Could you please provide me some more details on how to check SDCCN related settings and module if possible.

Hi,

Please check the *_BACK , _TRUSTED RFC to solution manager.

.

Check the master RFC maintained and other SDCCN settings.

Please let me know what module it is running in SDCCN.

Also please check *_READ and _TRUSTED RFC from the solman to managed system

1) Check whether any queues are in executing status in SM58 / SMQ1

2 ) Take a trace using ST05 [ RFC  Trace ] , ST12
