Transaction can be removed from the SU24

Hi Friends,

Can you please provide me some clues to resolve the following issue?

Some users are useing FB08 transaction through AW01N and KE24 transactions.

AW01N doesn't call FB08, link can be removed from SU24.

How can we update SU24 and remove the FB08 from the S_TCODE value for these two transactions.

Execute tcd SE93 , put tcode FB08 --> Click on where used-list --> It will

give you all program,area menu ID , Test cases and module name which is relate to FB08.

check user area menu and s_tcode with this area menu and disable the same for user.

Hi,

you can change the check indicators by goung to transaction SU24 , select 'maintain Check indicators for transaction code and put the transaction you wanted to modify and execute. on the next screen click on check indicator. on the popup box for workbech request, create a request and it will take you to the change check indicators for 'xxxx' screen.

On this screen you will see all the authorization objects currently checkd and their status. You can change the status by clicking under the status for the object to change the place of the check mark and save. You can add additional authorization objects if you want to check using insert auth obj tab. If you add the object here when you add the transaction in a role in PFCG the new authorization objects will appear in the role maintenace screen.

Hi,

First of all confirm if the access to the FB08 is coming from SU24 entries i.e

see if there is an S_TCODE with Check indicator Check/Maintain. Then change it to only check as you dont want S_TCODE with the FB08 coming up.

if its in no check mode then change into check status.

But the above two are not the cases then the users might have some roles which is providing the access to S_TCODE with FB08.

Verify the roles in the user master (AGR_USERS and AGR_1251) to see if there are any roles with S_TCODE with ranges or FB08.
