Billing date is displaying as 00/00/0000

Hello Expert

We have issues with one of query (sq01). We combine VBAK, VBAP and VBKD to help user to access data associated with Sales document.

Now we have issue billing date.

System propose the billing date when user creates sales order (any kind).  After creation of sales document when user run the query to view additional info of sales document, system display billing date as 00/00/0000 instead of actual date.

I check the table VBKD and field FKDAT is populated with correct billing date.

I am not sure why system is not able to populate the billing document date in query.

Can you please help us resolve this issue?

Hello Santosh,

Thanks for your email but it's just normal query created by us by joining different table.

The interesting thing is that we have query for table VBKD and when we run that query system does populate the billing date

but when we combine table VBKD with other tables like VBAK and VBAP. Query does not populate the billing date. When user change or update the billing date in sales document, Query populate the changed date.

Hi Swapnil,

As this is customized Query, you need to cross check your Code in the Query.

Better take help of Developer and identify why the value is not getting populated while debugging
