Planning book default view restoration

Hello everyone!

Facing an issue where planning book default view is not getting restored.

To view future horizons, I dragged the vertical KF bar which hid the shuffler, selection ID & Macro views.

Now when I'm trying to move it back to it's original position, it's not happening. Because of this I can not able to load products in planning book as shuffler is hidden.

Tried selector switch on/off option, but no solution. Tried changing layout settings but again same result.

Posting this thread as I could not find any relevant discussion in the forum.

Please suggest/help.

This is resolved & it was due to citrix window settings.
