Visual Basic Program for updating a Z table in SAP

Hello Guys.

I have to create a program in Visual basic which update a Z table of SAP.

Any One have Any Idea, How can I do it or which BAPI can be used.

better to create a new BAPI or RFC-FM to update tables in SAP , call it from VB.
