Incident Restriction W.R.T. Support Team assigned in PPOMA_CRM

Hello Experts,

I have come across one requirement in ITSM, where in support team members should view incident which are releated to support team only. Let's take an example if 'Jon' belongs to 'SAP-FICO' Support Team, then jon can view/access/edit/submit/progress incidents which were assigned to 'SAP-FICO' Team only and not other SAP Teams incidents like SAP-ABAP,SAP-P2P,SAP-Manufacturing,etc.

I have tried by saving search of support team in search incidents, then it shows all incidents releated to releavent support team. but if i go back and search for any other support team then it makes avaiable all incidents to edit. This is not restricting to process irrelavant incidents/incidents which doesn't belong to team.

Could anyone please suggest possible solution for restricting access. Is there any functionality that i'vnt come across/ am i going wrong somewhere.
