ESS: LTA Claim Screen Issue

Hi All,

I am working on configuration for ESS Claims for India. I have done all the backend configuration.

I am successfully able to create the Medical Claim however I am not able to see the screen to create new LTA claim only general data is visible.

Please find the attached screen which I am able to see as of now.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Did you configure the screen fields for this claim type also like Medical claim ?

It's looks like there are no additional fields configured for this LTA claim.

Hi Shankar,

Yes, I did had configured the LTA same as Medical claim.

I am not sure where I am missing for LTA , I have double check and all configuration is same as SMED.

can you place the medical claim create screen fields screen shot.

And also did you check that SMED wagetype or subtype is allowed for this employee group in ECC ?

Hi Shankar,

Please find attached the create screen for SMED - Medical Claim.

I think yes SMED- Medical and SLTA - LTA both wage types are allowed for employee group.

Can you please let me know exact steps which you are referring for checking wage type and subtype availability for employee group so that I can validated if I am looking at correct place or not?
