Turisk Character Problem for SmartForms PDF send Mail

Dear Gurus,

We have a strange problem. There is no problem convert pdf in SAP with Turkish character problem or viewing(or download). The problem is sending  mail this PDF(manuel send mail, download pdf and attach and send). Attached PDF Email have a Turkish character problem.

When i save PDF to my Desktop it is ok. But when i attach this PDF and send mail there is Turkish character problem !

EHP4 FOR SAP ERP 6.0 / NW7.01

SAP_BASIS 701 sp : 0011

EA_HR 600 SP : 086

Unicode : yes

Also i want to share related abap code details. May this can help,

Have You tried passing the below control paramater?

ls_control_parameters-TDDEST = 'LOCL'.

or

ls_control_parameters-TDDEST = 'LP01'.
