CC monitoring in Runtime Workbench has only last 2 days. How to see older records?

In Communication Channel Monitoring via runtime workbench when I look at both sender and receiver channels I get the recent activity i.e. when I log on today the earliest records I can see are from 10.08.2015 at 22h17. How do I see older entries? The XML monitor cannot be used because my channels are SFTP adapter type?

Hi Glen,

Are you on a SAP PO system? if yes, please note after a standard system installation, archiving is not active and message will be deleted after 1 day. Please have a look at the logging/staging/archiving concept to keep messages longer in the system or in a separate archive.

are you using ico or classical configuration?

xml monitor will show messages even if you use sftp adapter.
