I am getting below error,While uploading purchase order data through BAPI (BAPI_PO_CREATE1) can any one address the below issue.

"Function "Create Purchase Order" Performed in Test Characteristic  does not exist in operating concern IDEA ".

Please let us know - what is the PO no. you are inserting in SAP ?

Also are you taking the reference of PR while creating the PO ?
