Sum of Columns in Webi

Hi .

Can any one help me how to sum of the columns values in WEBI into one key figure.

Example:

Scenario 1: I will drag and drop two key figures and total should show sum of two KF's

Material  KF1  KF2 total

ABCD    20     30     50

Scenario2: 

I will drag and drop three other key figures and total should show sum of KF's

Material  KF1  KF3  KF4   total

ABCD    20     30    50      100

How can i achieve this dynamically based on the number key figures dragged to the report.

This cant be perform i think so

we can apply sum funcation on one by one adding in sum funcation

this cant be done dynamicaly.

we have to manualy add all the keyfigure which we want to perform sum

Hi Apparao,

Just add the sum at the end of the row by doing a right click > insert> "sum" the calculations shall be done automatically as n when you remove or add any objects to the report

If you mean that you want it to automaticlly know that it should create the total as =[KF1]+[KF2] then change to =[KF1]+[KF3]+{KF4] in the second scenario then it can't. You're thinking of Webi as Excel too much; the total field has a specific formula in it, just like the other cells in the block.

Is there any way we can identify the key figures available in a certain block , so that i can use that in the sum formula for Total KF.
