In one of the project we are doing overal planning for material cost.My question is which cost should be considered that which is as per BOQ or as per PR/PO?

Hi Anis,

Plan cost will be calculated as per Planning method used in Projects.

you should go for Automatic Costing in network for Planning. mean while you can also check your setting maintained in valuation variants and costing variants also.

Hi Kehkashan,

If you want do the planning for material you can do different planning type means ECP,Unit Costing or Detail cost plan.

If you want as per PR/PO you need to do Network costing.
