Share With Option

Hi All,

I wanted to check on how to enable the "Share With" option of IBP. The share with Option comes on click of "Save Data" button but I do not see any users in the drop down. Is SAP JAM needs to be integrated and enabled to view the users?? or are there any different settings for the same.

Hi Vijay,

The Share With option shows the JAM Groups to which you can post the feed and not the individual users. If JAM is not enabled / setup you will not see any JAM groups in the list.

Even if JAM is enabled/setup  and you create groups, the Reason Codes dialog gives you an option not to share feed comments with any group.

HI Vijay,

yes, for this you need to configure JAM integration. Users configured in JAM are shown in the 'share with' drop down. Once you share to a user, it creates a task in JAM.
