Open attachment file SAP B1 prompt for file conversion

Hi Expert,

My end user was trying to open the attachment file from the PO screen.[Attachment Tab]

The attachment file is in pdf format. He was able to open the pdf as usually from his PC.

But don't know why he try to open the attachment from PO screen.[Attachment Tab], there is "FIle Conversion" pop up screen.

Please advise, which went wrong.

does this issue happen in all computer?

Can you try to open a PDF file in this computer? What happens?

Can you check the program assigned to open the PDF files in this computer?

Hi,

Only happen to that particular computer.

User can open the pdf file as usually at his computer.

The problem happen , when he open the file from SAP B1 attachment screen.

Please advise.
