Hi,
In transaction /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE, I get a message 'HTTP Send failed: HTTPIO_ERROR_CUSTOM_MYSAPSSO' when I test an OData service by clicking on 'Gateway Client'.
What can be the problem?

Check this.
You need to change the profile parameter.
Before doing that you may try specifying the complete URL (not relative url) and see if that solves the issue.
I've set the port of HTTP service to 80 instead of 0 and now it works. (transaction SMICM)
