Hi,
If I am not wrong then you want to use the query and message search functionalities of workcenter in CRM_UI.
If yes, then you don't have to do anything. SAP by default give widgets in SM_CRM transaction which are similar to your message search in workcenter. These widgets are role dependent. Incident creator/Reporter/End user will get 2 widgets
My Messages – Reported By Me
My Messages – Action Required by Me
Similarly Dispatcher will see
My Messages – For Dispatching (unassigned Incidents)
and Processor/ Support Team member will get
My Messages – Assigned To Me
For Queries functionalities in workcenter, you can use central search in crm_ui. User can create his or her own search variants and then these variants will be available to the user of the home page of crm_ui.
