error in system monitoring

Hi all,

Following status are in RED status in System availability, System Performance & System Exceptions.

a. Status propagated from Technical Issue.

b. Status propagated from Database.

Please suggest some option to resolve the same & i have checked the alert it is showing application tc~lm~itsam~cdp~cdp_ws~client~proxy failed to start.

Hi Ashish,

Can you confirm your SOLMAN SP level? If spSP13 pleae apply SAP note 2192841 to see if this helps? Regards, Roland

We are using Solman7.1 SP12.

Hi Ashish,In this case can you make sure you have applied the latest version of SAP note 2060269 - Collective corrections MEA Directory SP12 Regards, Roland

Hi Ashish

System monitoring is itself self explainatory, the alert generated or in the system monitoring you can drill down to the component having issue. Relevant team had to taken appropriate actions based on that.

For example in your scenario, you need to go to the java application in your portal system EPP and check why the application is not working.

Please let me know if I get you wrong or please elaborate your issue.
