cant activate SAP Screen personas elevated mode

Hello guys,

I have to tried to switch screen personas from basic view to elevated mode.

applied 2025591  note, but its not activated.

Installed certificate PersonasCertificate_1.4.000.cer  both as trusted publisher & rusted Root Certification Authorities’

please help.

Have you updated both 32-bit and 64-bit registry path? If not, can you check if your system is 32-bit or 64-bit and the correct path is updated?

Also can you try to download certificate from your XAP file and use that?

You are using Screen Personas 2.0/3.0

What actually you are facing the issue.
