SOLMAN Technical Monitoring alerting specific events

Hi all,

I've configured Technical Monitoring (System Monitoring + Job & BI Monitoring) on my solman 7.1 SP12. I've configured a number of metrics and receiving alerts as necessary.

I wanted to know whether the following can be achieved and how:

1) Every morning at a specific time just check whether all the satellite instances are up and email/SMS that all instances are up.

2) Check whether there are active users in an instance (eg ECC) at a specific time (for e.g during weekends) and alert thru email/SMS.

Maybe End User Monitoring will help me in the above tasks...I haven't investigated. Pls advise.

2. Yes in system monitoring only there are standard metrics for the same.

Hi Rishav,

for 1, alerting is not a problem because for the standard metrics that I've configured, I do get emails and sms. I wanted to check all the instances at a specific time and send email/sms to alert that the instances are up.
