Recipient list

Dear All,

we have requirement we want to have the default receipt list in the document type 

example DMO is document type  now we want to have the default recipient list to maintain for this document type

we have tried in the T code DC10 .

how we can achieve this please help

Hi ,

Exactly where you want to the recipient name on DMS t-codes.

If your requirement to restrict the user based on the document type(DMO) than you can contact basis person

when we are creating the document in CV01n  system will  also for the recipient list

our requirement is we want to maintain the recipient list only those users id should be allow

so user cannot manipulate please help

Hello,

I am not sure if you can attach a default recipient list for the document type, you can create a recipient list using transaction CVI1, but I do not see a way to link it to the document type.

Please go through the below document, for more details

You can create a custom table for the same and proceed, but I am not sure
