Approve Shopping Cart - Error : Buffer table not up-to-date

Dear All,

I've few level of Shopping cart Approval.

The first user logon to the application and perform approve on one of the Shopping cart and it shows success.

The shopping cart then flows to the 2nd user.

The 2nd user open the application and saw this approve shopping cart by the first user then tries both Approve and Reject towards the shopping cart but failed.

Both action prompted the following error:-

"System cannot process shopping cart"

When checked on the /IWFND/ERROR_LOG it shows:

T100 Error ID : /IWFND/CM_CONSUMER122

Error : 11

ICF Node : odata

Error Text : Buffer table not up-to-date

Component : SRM-EBP-PD

Package : BBP_PRODOC

What can this error be? Is this SRM configuration or workflow error?

Hi Meng,

Second case might be the issue. Use the tcode - SWU_OBUF and try to refresh the buffer.

it Could be a generalized task problem, Refer to the link below and use the report /SAPSRM/WF_CFG_GENERALIZE on WF Template 40000014 and generalize every task.

Then  refresh the buffer using SWU_OBUF and it should work fine .
