ACL Issue

Hi All,

I am facing issue in ACL rights.

As we all know ACL rights is access control to project structure. it gives the access only to specified users for whom the access is given by the Main User.

Its working fine in the system for almost 90 percent of WBS elements.

For few of the WBS elements (on element level) i am facing the issue.

Although User has ACL rights to the project, he is not able to view information on element level for some of the WBS elements.

The attached screenshot explains the issue in detail.

ACL RIGHTS GIVEN TO USERS : -

However we have one more WBS created for the same project on the same level.

The WBS is created, Activity is created in the WBS element and Element is created in that activity.

I have highlighted in the above screenshot that the element is showing in red color, means has issue.

We are able to view all the information of WBS  and activity but when we try to view the element it is not showing the complete information.

No clue on what basis the issue arises. This is faced only on 10 percent of WBS.

if we deactivate the ACL rights using the T code cnacld and reactivate it, the error will be fixed.

We need a permanent solution for this issue.

We have raised to SAP. it is not possible to regenerate the error.
