Hi Raj,

Check your customer master data CIF ed properly or not?

Suggest to check item type mapping as well.

Hi Raj,

For the error "No business partner found" Please go to ERP and CIF the customer number ( which you have used to create Sales ) to EWM.

Once CIFed, you can check your customer number in EWM under transaction "BP".

Make sure that your customer has role "CRM002" in EWM.

Thanks.

Item Category from ERP has to be mapped to a Item Category in EWM.

Please check wether an Item category exist  in EWM for your Item category in ERP.

Check the following path:--

Extended Warehouse Management---->Interfaces ---->ERP Integration ---->Delivery Processing ----->

Map Item Types from ERP System to EWM

Hi Raj,

Vendor is created in ERP system.

You can use CFM1 and CFM2 to transfer your vendor master data... It is same other master datas you transfer.

This is the place to map partner roles from ERP to EWM.

Document item tab you could see this.

Hi Raj,

You are seeing the same details in EWM too. It is a replica of ERP master data. You do not have to maintain separate number range in EWM.

Did you get any error message? Check the queues in both systems.

1) Have you CIF ed the right customer from ERP to EWM? Was it reached in EWM? Check in tcode BP and input your customer number.

2) if you CIF ed the customer, Did you process the queue?

Hello Raju,

Maintained the ERP Customer master and EWM Business partner with same no.rang.

and in EWM partner maintain the ID type as CRM002 like below snap.

for Item type error - assign the ERP Delivery type and Item type to EWM delivery tpe and Item type.

u can find this configuration in below menu path

SCM EWM->Interfaces->ERp Integration->Delivery Processing->

Map Item Types from ERP System to EWM

hope it will solve ur issue.

Raju,

To give to clear understanding on transferring the master data from ERP to EWM.

Plant

After the transfer the plant exists as location and supply chain unit (SCU) in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).

Only the SCU is needed to build the organizational structure in EWM.

Vendor or customer master record linked to the ERP plant

After the transfer the vendor or customer exists as location, SCU, and business partner in EWM.

Only the business partner is needed to build the organizational structure in EWM. In the procedure below you include the vendor in the integration model. As an alternative, you can include the customer.

Shipping points and goods receiving points

After the transfer the shipping points and goods receiving points exist as location and SCU in EWM.

thanks

Saba
