HI Experts,
We are using EP 7.3 and our portal is never configured with HTTPS and my portal is figured with SSO.
but when we login to the portal it is automatically triggering HTTPS//XXXXXXX/IRJ/Portal
any suggestions ?

Do you use webdispatcher? It can be related to that.
Is that possible that you are redirected to HTTPS due to a parameter that is set?
Record an HTTPWatch trace and you will be able to see what is happening.
