Multiple subcontracting period for materials

Hello Experts,

As per Govt  GR for fiscal year 2015-16, when we are sending raw material to subcontrator it should be came back within 180 days.- it is available in standard system.

But when you are sending capital material to subcontractor for specific operation its not mandetory to bring back within 180 days. its allowed to keep with vendors upto 24 months i.e 730 days.

in current practices there is only setting ate company code where we can maintain 180 dasy subcontract period for raw material.

Now where we can 730 days for capital material days.??

is there any SAP Note available?
