GRC 10 Action usage report issue

Hello ,

We have an issue when executing action usage report for the risks in background.

Action usage report is not generating data like Risk Id and Risk description  , Report showing data when we execute for any Risk ID in foreground.

Does anyone face the similar issue before ? We are in GRC 10.0 SP16.

My foreground and Background run on GRC 10.0/sp8 does not contain Risk id. However, GRC10.1 sp5 does

The Note you suggested is related to "Risk Description missing from Analysis Report & Risk Level show as 'HIGH' instead of Medium " issue.

But is this report is for Action usage or Risk Analysis ?

My issue is related to Action usage. Please suggest.

Hi Dinesh,

Could you clarify the problem, when i have shown by comparison that higher Sp level or version can resolve the issue.

If you do not find note no., then why not to raise a message to SAP

I was checking for the solution via Notes if any one had this issue.

As i did not find solution via Notes , I have raised request to SAP today.

hope I get some workaround for this issue before my month end Audit.

Even same screen for me as well, we are on SP13.

Also I checked to modify settings but Risk ID field is not there to include in report.
This view is for Standard report.

Not sure if we can customize the Action usage report to include Risk ID field.

please schedule using SE38

GRAC_ACTION_USAGE_SYNC

and hit F9 and schedule as background job, do not use any filters.

its already been scheduled & running fine periodically.

The issue is only when we schedule the action usage report from GRC portal in background , the data is not having Risk ID information.

but when we execute the report through foreground it was showing Risk ID info.
