QM01/QM02 without action box

When i run transaction QM01 or QM02 the action box doesn't appear.

How can i add it ?

Has it been configured for use with the notification you are using?

Quality Management-->Quality Notifications-->Notification Processing-->Additional Notification Functions-->Define Action Box

Not all notifications are confgured to use an action box.  It depends on which notification type you are using.  You don't say if you using a standard out-of-the-box SAP notification or not.
