Unable to Search logs files in NWA

Hello Experts,

We are currently using Sourcing 9.0.16.

We are able to search the info logs for only one hour after which they are getting erased. As per my knowledge, the time duration for logs can be increased.

This is becoming difficult for us to track the exact issue. Please let us know whether we are missing any system property/setting.

Any help would be highly appreciated!

There are some settings in Netweaver itself that you can check in regards to log sizes and number of files to save.  However there are some settings which are set by sourcing itself. I have found at least one of them to be hard coded in the app.  That being said having only 1 hour worth of logs is not normal so either you have some logging setting set incorrectly or you are generating a very large amout of logs in a short period. How large are the file(s) fro that 1 hour period?
