Price not updating on copying old services shopping cart

Hello Gurus,

When we use the "old shopping cart templates" option to create a new services shopping cart, referring to an old shopping cart- the Net value information is not getting populated. The net value information is getting updated in case of shopping carts created for materials. Any thoughts on reason for this behavior?

We are running on SRM 7 EHP2 SP12, classic scenario implementation.

I understand that the updated information for the services net price is to be picked from ECC ..

Is it also the same case for material ?

Do you have any custom logic in DOC_CHANGE BADI for the services / item which may cause a difference in behavior .

Also please note that this is a standard bug if there seems to be no customizations around it

Try to raise a new OSS  note  .and also check if the same currency is being used or a different one based on the user's attribute
