ECTR Logon Error: "The Process has been cancelled:......."

We are in the process of implementing ECTR 500 sP4.

When we initiate the ECTR application from Desktop and Provide the logon details for SAP system. We are getting following Error Message: "The Process has been cancelled: Error at execute transaction /DSCSAG/CHECK_LOGON_DATA: Syntax error in program /DSCSAG/CL_PLM_AUTH===========CP"

ECC6 EHP7
EA-APPL= 606 SP10
ECTR= 500 SP4

Procedure followed for installation:
------------------------------
1. Installed the backend component of ECTR 5.0 along with SP4.
1. We have installed the ECTR Frontend component on Local machine (OS=Win7). Installation was sucessfully completed.
2. We have updated the SAPlogon.txt under Customize/config folder

Hi Gerhard,

I had raised an incident with SAP. They have asked me to upgrade SP level of EA-APPL component to 14/15. Also to implement the following notes 2049249 & 1982509.

Hi OmPrakash,

you have to implement all notes which are listed in note 2049249. This will solve your issue. Don't forget the manual activities in some of the notes!

Hi Om,

Can you share system details that you used? The GatewayServices field needs to be same as in the services (C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc) file's field sapgw00. in general 3300.
