Portal Themes: Button background color inactive

Dear experts,

since implementing a Support package stack into our customers' EP (NW 7.30 SP12) buttons in the head area of travel management screens have no background color anymore. For the customer theme has a grey main background color, it's quite hard to decide which button is active and which not.

Before the implementation the buttons had a "yellow" color (see attached before/after screenshots).

We've already followed the notes 1982735 and 2028300 - and tried to change the color and change it back again - tried to reimport the customer theme - nothing helped us so far.

Do you have any idea how to solve this problem?

Hi together,

update: we've opened a SAP call some weeks ago - by now it seems like the problem is caused by WebDynpro config in the backend - or more an incompatibility between Portal and backend - but by now we couldn't fix it.

I'll update you as soon as there are any news.

Marie, what I cant see in the 2028300 is: the theme structure could be changed with new SP's. So its possible you need to rebuild the customer theme from scratch again to get it work correctly. Have you tryed that?
