Is it possible Sales order edition before its approval?

The Sales Order can be edited before it is approved and saved as a document, If it is approved and not saved then you can ask the approver to change the status as rejected and you can edit the same...

Hi,

If the sales order is subject to approval, it means that is a draft only. You can always edit a draft.

Hi Rakesh,

Changes can be made if authoriser / Approver rejected approval request.

Means, Draft Pending and Draft - Approved documents can't updated, But Draft- rejected documents can be updated and it will again go for approval process
