PS integration - organization information customization depending on Project Type

Hi, guys

Depending on customer's needs I want to customize the organization information of the transferred WBS element per Project Type. That means when creating a project of Project Type A,  company code 1000 will be transferred. And Project Type B, company code 2000.

As far as I know, these configuration information is contained in Project profile 'CPR001'. And this profile is assigned one to one in Business Scenario 'CPROJECTS' in IAOM0. That is to say, there is only one project profile available in the system at a time. Is it possible to assign different organizations to defferent Project Types?

Hi Jimmy,

Check method CHANGE_PROJECT_PROFILE in BADI IAOM_BUSINESS_SCENAR in ECC system.

Also check the following customizing node in ECC

Integration with Other SAP Components --> SAP Portfolio and Project Management --> Project Management --> Collaboration Projects --> Controlling --> Define Controlling Scenario

Here you can assign a separate CO Scenario for each Project type in PPM.

In the BADI, use this CO Scenario to assign different project profiles for PS Project creation.
