Date & Time format for initial load

Hello,

I have some issue uploading Phone calls using the standard template. The suggested date&time formats are the following:

1) US format mm/dd/aaaa hh:mm:ss 

2) EU format dd/mm/aaaa hh:mm:ss

date and time separated by space

Anyway when I upload the file formatted as requested the system cannot convert the date field, then validation is ok but when I simulate the loading it issues an error: date time format not valid.

Any suggestion? where am I wrong?

Please try this format

2013-10-25T22:00:00 or YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS

Hello, Thank you but It does not work.

The strange thing is that I get the error:

"'General-Start Date and Time': '10/05/2015 13:00:00' is not a valid value; edit source value"

But the help on the field states the following:

Did you find the solution, i am also having the same issue in Service Request load.

"'General-Initially Received At': 'DD.MM.YYYY HH:MM:SS' is not a valid value; edit source value"

try using the ABAP format yyyymmddTHHSSMM.
